We use only water-processed decaffeination for all of our decaf coffee.  This highly sophisticated process of removing the caffeine from the green beans, while leaving most of the essential flavors, results in a remarkable cup of coffee.  We receive the green, decaffeinated beans at our roastery, then roast, blend, and package them fresh for delivery.  No chemicals are used in the process.
