Coffee Story:

Floral, fragrant and luscious berry notes is just a brief introduction to this lovely coffee. Grown in the Wote Konga region of Yrgacheffe, in southern Ethiopia, the process is somewhat unique to the other coffees grown there. Naturally sun dried on raised drying beds, the cherry is carefully harvested and then laid out to dry in its fruit. This process lends itself to pungent berry aroma with a full body and rich finish.

Over 600 small-scale farmers supply coffee cherry. The attention to harvesting only the ripe cherries and careful drying methods give this coffee its unique and clean flavor.
