NIGHT BAKER – Position Summary:  All culinary staff are responsible for producing MCT food products in a consistently sanitary and safe manner utilizing the freshest ingredients and sound cooking principles.  All personnel are responsible for communicating and conducting themselves as positive team members and in a consistently informed and positive, upbeat manner.  Night Bakers fill all baking requisitions for cafés.

  1. Scone, cookie, bar and pie crust dough production and baking
  2. Muffin , coffee cake & quickbread batter production and baking
  3. Quiche:  pie crust dough and quiche shell prep
  4. Danish and other specialty baked goods production and baking.
  5. Maintain clean and sanitary work area to include wiping down equipment, refrigeration and floors.

Day Bakers provide prep support for the Night Bakers.

 

  1. Baking Prep- Scone, cookie and pie crust dough production and baking
  2. Muffin ,cupcake and quickbread batter production and baking
  3. Quiche:  pie crust doughs and quiche shell prep, quiche ingredient prep, assembly/baking/cooling of quiche including sweet and savory ingredients and basic cooking ingredients. 
  4. Maintain clean and sanitary work area to include wiping down equipment, refrigeration and floors.

DISWASHER/PREPCOOK-

Prep cook experience is necessary. Good knife skills are a plus as well as food assembly skills. Must be able to follow all Montana Health Department Standards & Montana Coffee Traders rotation, labeling, temperature and handling standards. Be able to lift and move a minimum of 30 lbs.

 

 

BARISTA/SERVERS

Seasonal/Full Time barista/server for a fast paced breakfast/lunch café in Columbia Falls. Must be available until September, have flexible schedule, and enjoy customer service. Previous coffee experience preferred but not required.
